The Maysan- Al Amara 132 kV transmission line project in Iraq was extended from the 400 kV substation in the city of Maysan to the west of Al-Amara. This line includes two lots of 15 and 17 km, both of which were produced and implemented by Yasan Company. The employer of this project is the Regional Electricity Company of Southern Iraq, which, after technical evaluations, signed a contract with an Iranian company for the first time regarding the power transmission line. This project includes 1100 tons of 2S2, 2T2, 2K2, 2E2, 2SP2 type of towers that were produced in the shortest time and sent to the site for installation, which satisfied the employer and enhanced the reputation of Iranian companies in Iraq. This transmission line was very important for the employer due to the severe shortage of electricity in the southern cities of Iraq, and it largely solves the power outage problems.
